Summary of Key Services
Your Receivable provides you cash flow to pay your overhead, pay yourself, market your practice.  Without good cash flow there is fear.  When will the next insurance or self pay check will be received?  Good cash flow management eliminates that fear.

Cash flow needs to be reliable, which is why we bill, electronically whenever possible, every week.  Monthly we bill the self-pay side of your practice.  Claims not paid within 30 days will be followed up by telephone or on-line to determine the status.

Dunning notices and telephone calls are made on your delinquent accounts; at your discretion, the accounts can be placed with an outside collection agency.

We also offer web-based scheduling services and web development.

Monthly data gathering, trending, number of days it takes to collect
Watching trends in your practice is invaluable

Each month we give you a report on our performance.  We will keep a running tally of your charges, adjustments, and collections from month to month to watch trending.  We will include in this report the number of days it takes us to collect any given charge, the percent collections based on billed charges, and finally the amount of money you can expect to earn for each day in the office.

Live telephone answering will greatly increase your chances of seeing a new
client.  This service includes gathering demographics, verifying benefits, making certain authorizations are in place, explanation of practice policies
such as NO SHOWS.  The information is faxed to you in a understandable format.
We also offer web-based scheduling.

Some of our clients prefer to do their own scheduling, but have the new client
call us to obtain demographics, benefits, explain copays, authorizations.  This information is faxed to you for a complete understanding of the new
client, deductible, number of visits per benefit year and copays.

We will even give your new client a reminder call about the upcoming visit and directions to your practice location.

We are able to answer the dedicated scheduling line 95% of the time live during regular business hours.

We offer telephone answering services with or without the accounts receivable services.
