Our Mission is to provide services, information, assistance, and knowledge in a friendly customer-service based atmosphere. We offer compassion to those in need of mental heath services. We offer prompt and correct services to our clients in meeting their needs.
Fees for Services
The fee for net collections is 8%. Postage and shredding fees are additional. Invoices are sent to you monthly and expected to be paid within 5 days of receipt.
There is no set up fee if the conversion comes from Medisoft Billing Software. If a paper conversion is necessary, there will be a $250 set-up fee.
We can accept credit cards for you. The fee for the use of this service is 5% of the amount of the payment, in addition to the 8% collections fee.
The agreement is for one year, renewable without notice. Termination language allows for either party to terminate with 90 days notice. It is expected that charges billed will be reimbursed to the billers for 90 days.
The agreement will also include a Business Associate Agreement required by HIPAA because we are electronic billers. We follow the Medicare Fraud and Abuse Policies, Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, CPT and ICD-9 coding guidlines.
Our relationship has to be profitable for all of us; depending upon the volumn of your practice, fees are negotiaable.
Fees for telephone scheduling and/or verification of benefits, authorizations, reminder calls, and faxing the information to you is $19 per appointment or occurance.
For web-based scheduling there is a monthly fee depending on the level of service and the number of people using the service in your group.
Fees for consulting, credentialing, fee negotiations, updating your demographics with insurance carriers is available upon request, depending on the project that needs to be completed.
Web Development fees will vary substantially, depending number of pages, graphics.
Web-Master Services are also available.
Who we are
Linda Fangman
Linda Fangman, who holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Iowa, has been in the medical billing industry for a number of years, in both hospital and private settings. She brings to your practice 35 years of progressive experience and knowledge of the billing industry and 16 years in Mental Health. She is very committed to Mental Health needs and goes beyond the call to match providers with clients in need.
Jessica Dennis has worked with Linda for 8 years. She is a graduate in Medical Billing from Parks College. She also handles the technical part of the billing business. Her strengths are her logical approach to issues whether medical billing or computer hardware/software problems. Given any situation, she can always come up with solutions and usually more than one.
